Since the first day we opened our bakery in 1991, we have strived to make high quality bread and breadsticks with wholesome ingredients. Our unique sourdough is a step above all other breads in the industry, using our century-old sourdough starter and our 18+ hour fermentation process. Our breadsticks have captured the character of traditional Italian-style grissini that enhance any dining experience, but also great for snacking.
